Hannah Greenhalgh’s Album
Marie Wallin’s Grandmother
During the First World War my grandmother Hannah kept an album and she filled it with photographs of family and friends, postcards and greetings cards that were sent to her and cards she had collected on her trips to Scarborough. Many of the cards and photographs were sent by her husband Ellis, my granddad, from France where he was serving with the 9th Battalion of the Loyal North Lancashire Regiment. See Ellis Greenhalgh.
Here is a small selection of the contents.
